Job description

UP $5000 Basic + Allowance + VB (2 times a year) + Annual Increment

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with client specifications
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly; provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance
• Plan, manage, and execute projects to meet deadlines and quality standards, coordinating effectively with clients and internal teams
• Conduct site visits (local and overseas) for installation, servicing, and repairs; maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of all work performed
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery; identify and implement process and product improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service support for production machinery or automated lines, preferably involving laser marking, pad printing, or secondary process equipment
• Candidate with class 3 driving license will be highly advantageous
