Job summary

A medical solutions company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to troubleshoot and maintain medical equipment, requiring a Diploma/Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and be willing to work in standby mode. Experience with medical equipment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on standby mode by rotations.
• Experience working with medical equipment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance according to defined scope and standard operating procedures.
• Close service call with duly completed service reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations.
• Complete any adhoc duties assigned by superiors.
