Job description

• Position: Field Service Engineer (Installation/ Travel Required) - ALL WELCOME
• Location: Tai Seng (Bus nearby)
• Working hours: 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + Overtime Pay + Daily Per Diem while working in field
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturing of Paper

Main Responsibilities

• Provide supervision on the installation and service of the company's products.
• Provide training to customer operation and maintenance personnel. Emphasize on the safe operation of the products and establishing zero-energy state during maintenance.
• Provide customer service through phone support.
• Holiday and weekend work is routine for the engineer.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Words, Excel etc.)
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
• Willing to travel overseas.
