Responsibilities

• Provide product technical support to customer.
• Communicate with Customer, Head Office, Agent and relevant parties for product supports.
• Support Ebara CMP and other equipment.
• Support Ebara Ozone Water Generator and other products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering, technical support, Field Service role of Semiconductor Industry Equipment.
• Preferably with some years of experience and related knowledge in semiconductor.
• Diploma - Degree Level.
• Able to work independently, and in collaboration with other team members.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, can work under stress, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own vehicle is preferable.
• Able to work non-office hours and on-call support.
