Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified sales professional for our Well Established Company. The role offers a basic salary range of SG$3,000–SG$3,800 with incentives and a variable bonus, and is based at our Tuas location with normal working hours.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nitec/Diploma, have 1–2 years of relevant experience, and bring electrical and crane/hoist knowledge. Driving license is preferred to support field visits and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma qualification with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Prefer Singapore driving license
• Possess electrical and crane/hoist basic knowledge will be added advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to secure new customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site visits to understand their needs and requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements, and effectively communicate product value.
• Manage the full sales process, including quotation, negotiation, follow-up and closing of deals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records, coordinate with the Marketing team and monitor market trends to support business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
