About the Job
  • Install, calibrate, and commission 3D printers and scientific instruments to deliver optimal performance.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
  • Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance, including product demonstrations and user training.
  • Prepare accurate service documentation and share technical insights that add value to both customers and internal teams.
  • Promote value‑added offerings such as maintenance contracts, consumables, software upgrades, and training programs.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities during service interactions to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and technical excellence.
  • Partner with the sales and commercial teams to expand service coverage and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and achieve service performance targets and KPIs.
  • Share feedback on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and regional initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
