Job Summary

If you are an Engineering professional, Emerson has a great job opportunity for you! We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will provide service functions to ensure total customer satisfaction. You will work with the Senior Operations Manager and provide technical and troubleshooting support for in‑house and on‑site service jobs or issues.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and manage day‑to‑day service and repair works.
  • Perform diagnostics and functional testing on regulators and regulating systems.
  • Perform site commissioning of regulators and skids systems within the AP region.
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support for regulators and skids systems.
  • Familiar with all regulator parts and numbering system and manage conversion jobs with service technicians.
  • Generate and document reports to ensure all inspection requirements are met.
  • Conduct site evaluations on all service‑related issues and support technical problem‑solving.
  • Conduct training related to service.
  • Perform basic regulator repair, assembly, and testing.
  • Manage and finish the service jobs and valuable jobs.
  • Support Sales/LCS in site audits, troubleshooting, and recommendations of solutions to customers.
  • Perform value‑added projects such as assembly of new regulators, functional testing, special boltings, and special painting.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience.
  • ITC technician certificate or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of service background.

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the ability to use a PC and software.
  • A great teammate with strong problem‑solving skills to accomplish tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a service operation is a plus.
