Job Overview

Toestablishandmaintainasolid sales pipeline,whichguaranteestheachievement/improvementofthe established economic targets of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
  • The role is responsible for identifying and developing capital sales and Build-Own-Operate opportunities.

  • Managing customer and partner relationships and driving deals from lead generation through contract execution. This includes conducting market outreach, expanding presence in existing and new markets, and maintaining a strong pipeline across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • The position collaborates with technical, engineering, and finance teams to develop compliant, competitive solutions and manages all technical, regulatory, and contractual aspects of project development.

  • Additional duties include meeting annual sales targets, gathering market intelligence, representing the company at industry events, overseeing the sales network, and ensuring all activities adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degreein one of the following area, Engineering, Environmental Science,or Economics, or equivalent

Minimum of5yearsofexperiencein a senior position insales and business development activities in Asia in the industry of environmental services, wastewater and waste treatment, waste to energy, or renewable energy area and should haveproventrackrecord.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • The role requires strong technical expertise in wastewater treatment, biogas, anaerobic digestion, renewable energy, and waste management processes

  • With solid knowledge of national regulations governing waste treatment and biogas plant design.

  • The candidate must possess excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new digital tools.

  • Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is essential, and additional regional language skills are an advantage.

  • Success in the role also requires a strong sense of prioritization, an understanding of cross-functional impacts, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
