We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our field sales team. This role involves outdoor sales, direct engagement with clients, and offering tailored energy solutions to small businesses and small businesses.

The Challenges:

  • Conduct client visits to promote and sell energy-related products
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with professionalism and integrity
  • Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance. Follow up closely with leads and achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for customers

What it Takes:

  • Good communication skills and able to connect with diverse customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferably able to start on short notice or immediate availability
  • No prior sales experience required – training will be provided
