Job summary

Job Scope

• Assist engineers in developing and improving process technologies, focusing on advanced CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) systems
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and recipe adjustments during process runs under engineers’ guidance
• Execute assigned process modules, collect measurement and inspection data, and prepare accurate reports for evaluation
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners on tool usage, process scheduling, and timely data collection
• Monitor system performance and maintain process parameters to ensure consistent quality and reliability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 6S and workplace safety standards

Requirements

• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred
• Prior experience in process technology areas such as CVD, PVD, or ALD will be an added advantage
• Strong ability to evaluate situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
• Capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external partners
• Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to support ongoing engineering or production activities
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
