Job summary

VISTEK PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee construction activities across multiple project sites in Singapore.

You will conduct site surveys, liaise with client officers, and ensure projects run smoothly from initiation to completion. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to coordinate teams, manage resources, and enforce safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating permits, attending meetings with authorities, and monitoring labor

Qualifications

At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in coordinating multiple teams and sites.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conducts site surveys and liaises with Client's project officers to discuss project requirements and ensure projects run smoothly.
Initiates projects by requesting NCE applications and permits, ensuring permits are obtained before work starts at each site.
Attends site meetings with authorities and clients' project officers.
Manages manpower allocation across project sites to meet project needs.
Monitors workers' hours and minimises overtime requirements.
Manages logistics for team vehicles and material deliveries to sites.
