We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Account-Based Marketing initiatives, lead generation, and nurturing programs to fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, developing compelling content, and executing innovative events. Responsibilities
ABM Lead Generation and Nurturing
- Lead the development and execution of ABM strategies to engage targeted accounts and contacts.
- Implement personalised nurturing campaigns to accelerate the buyer's journey.
Content Development and Event Management
- Create relevant and compelling content to support ABM and lead generation efforts.
- Plan and execute multi-part events, webinars, and digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Pipeline Acceleration Programs
- Develop and implement programs to accelerate the sales pipeline for targeted accounts.
- Utilise marketing strategies to optimise pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
Marketing Effectiveness and Audience Segmentation
- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
- Optimise processes to streamline and improve overall marketing efficiency.
Optimising Customer Engagement
- Implement strategies to maximise customer engagement throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience.
Campaign Measurement and Reporting
- Maintain effective measurement systems to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance, making data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
Brand Research and Customer Satisfaction
- Conduct brand research to gauge brand awareness, sentiment, and overall brand health.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to inform strategies for brand enhancement.
Assist in Other Company Initiatives or Events
- Assist in running various company initiatives or events, such as customer or internal staff training programmes and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in ABM, Lead Generation, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands‑on experience in executing innovative and multi‑part event and lead generation programmes.
- Solid background in creating and implementing marketing campaigns using live events, webinars, digital advertising and professional networking.
- Experience in launching campaigns and reporting on results.
- Expertise in developing and managing multiple marketing programmes simultaneously.
- Proven experience in demand generation campaigns, including target segmentation and list acquisition.
- Knowledgeable in content marketing and inbound marketing to generate more qualified leads.
- Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and strategic use of marketing communication for lead nurturing and growth acceleration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high flexibility and adaptability.
