Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking candidates for a role focused on Maintenance Services and System Management. The role involves performing fault rectification and collaborating with Project Teams and third-party vendors. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in IT, relevant experience, and preferably certifications in Cisco or MCSE.

The position offers a contract of up to 2 years with working hours from 8:30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of system maintenance experience.
• Preferably with MCSE certification.
• Knowledge in Computer System Engineering (System, Database, and Network Administration).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maintenance Services, Spares Management & Obsolescence Management.
• Carry out Level 1 and 2 fault rectification on-site.
• Escalate issues to Project Team & Vendors for Level 3 Support.
