Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the electrical equipment.
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
• Document all work undertaken and maintain detailed records of equipment performance and service history.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
• Adhere to established work schedules, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Provide technical training and support to customers’ engineers and technicians.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
