Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a candidate passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. We do this via the ENX™ Sustainability AI for the built environment, enabling the integration of IoT sensors and intelligent controls in order to:

• Perform Energy Monitoring
• Optimise ACMV, Lighting and Plug Loads
• Manage Air Quality, Occupancy, Water Quality
• Monitor Data Centre Infrastructure
• Report Sustainability KPIs in real-time

Featuring a modular system architecture, the ENX™ Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new build projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses that can integrate seamlessly with existing BMS infrastructure. Our customers have reduced energy consumption by up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Field Deployment: Interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Scope of Works (SOW) issued by Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate and implement projects at client jobsites, including site assessments, subcontractor management, as well as configuration and installation of our devices and sensors. Document project progress, findings and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide technical training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
• Data Analysis & Field Technical Support: Analyse and interpret data collected from various equipment, devices and sensors, including Building Management Systems, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ Sensors and various PLCs. Provide technical support and maintenance services for projects at client premises. Coordinate with Helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

Job Requirements

• Degree or higher in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of Engineering/IT experience, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation with good knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, Building Management Systems, M&E systems, RTU devices and networking equipment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to client jobsites within Singapore and Johor Malaysia.
