Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a project or HDB construction environment.
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in day-to-day management of the contract.
• Advise the Project Manager on-site quality and safety issues.
• Determine any non-conformances on works.
• Liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly.
• Ensure that decisions on-site issues are conveyed to the Contractor in a timely manner.
• Ensure works are carried out according to specifications and without compromising quality.
