Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in installing and repairing audio-visual equipment.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel within short notice in South East Asia.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality technical support to the sales team and customers.
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, commission, and repair equipment.
• Train partners in the use of the company’s products.

Skills

Hands-on experience in technical support
