Job Description
  • Provide the latest information on product specifications and applications in the market as a reference for customers when designing products
  • Discuss and understand customers detailed technical requirements, assess specific questions, and adapt the necessary training delivery approach
  • Understand the customer industry, industry competition and market conditions by interacting with customers
  • Actively understand customer needs and respond quickly
  • Performs duties well, supports team decision, and achieves common goals
  • Attend lessons and test conducted by suppliers
Job Requirements
  • Graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry or related is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year's experience in technical customer support or technical training.
  • Driven by helping others, customer focused and a problem solver.
  • Candidate must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with our HQ Taiwan Chinese-speaking colleagues
  • Intermediate knowledge of popular OS like Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Knowledge of C#, SQL or Python is a plus
