• Willingness to travel overseas primarily within Indico and Southeast Asia.

Position: FAE (Field Application Engeering)

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support:

  Deliver technical presentations and product introductions for security chip solutions to customers.

  Provide pre-sales consultation to address customer requirements.

• Technical Support:

  Offer hardware and software debugging and technical assistance during the sales process.

  Track, analyze, and resolve technical issues during the after-sales phase.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  Act as a bridge between customers and internal R&D/test teams to address technical challenges and ensure project alignment.

• Customer and Market Feedback:

  Gather customer requirements and monitor industry developments to provide valuable insights to the product and R&D teams.

  Use customer feedback and market trends to propose optimization strategies for security chip products.

  Gather customer feedback, track industry trends, and provide insights to marketing, sales, product and R&D teams.

• Project Implementation:

  Independently support customer projects across Indico and Southeast Asia mainly, ensuring seamless deployment and resolution of technical issues during product promotion.

• Location:

  Based in Singapore.
