Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead projects from scheduling, execution, and system commissioning to ensuring successful handovers.
  • Project Leadership: Guide the team and ensure smooth deployments, while managing resources, budgets, schedules, and scopes.
  • On-Site Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and propose the best solutions for our clients.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to ensure top performance of equipment.
  • Client Consultation: Recommend improvement projects to upgrade existing equipment and enhance performance.
  • Installation & Emergency Support: Respond to client requests for site installations, breakdowns, and servicing needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure exceptional after-sales support for our clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in electromechanical control and automation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming skills, with an understanding of PLC and robotic control systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and a passion for troubleshooting.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, often on short notice, to customer sites for problem resolution and project support.
  • Additional: A valid Class 3 driving license and regional travel experience are preferred.
