Job summary

Tang SPAC Search Private Limited is supporting a leading European universal bank in Singapore to hire strong FIC Middle Office/ Trade Support professionals. The role provides critical first-level control, trade lifecycle management, and risk-focused process improvements within the Trade Support Unit.

We are looking for candidates with solid knowledge of Fixed Income products and trade support processes, particularly across Money Markets, FX, Bonds, and Rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed income, FX, rates or related derivatives.
• Knowledge of trade booking controls, lifecycle events, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and control to Trading and Sales desks to ensure accurate trade processing and compliance.
• Oversee Trade Support Unit activities including deal booking, booking controls, and trade input, amendments, modifications, and cancellations per bank guidelines.
• Manage trade lifecycle events such as exercise, fixing, compression, expiry, and novation to maintain operational integrity.
• Resolve trade-related queries and operational issues promptly to minimize risk and disruption.
• Identify and assess operational risks from daily activities and collaborate with the Team Manager to enhance processes and implement effective controls.
• Assist the Team Manager in projects involving system and process enhancements, procedure improvements, new tool implementations, and onboarding of new business lines.

Job Summary

Candidates with explore to FIC Middle Office activities are strong preferred Familiarity with trade booking controls, lifecycle event management, trade validation, booking amendments, reconciliations , and issue management within a FIC Middle Office environment .

Required competencies and certifications

• Good knowledge of capital market products including Rates, Credits, Forex, Forex Options, and Fixed Income
• Hands‑on experience managing capital market middle office products and processes
• Exposure to Middle Office functions and understanding of Front‑to‑Back processes
• Proficient communication skills to engage effectively at multiple organizational levels
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast‑changing environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strongly Preferred

• Hands‑on experience supportingFIC products and the associated middle office controls and processes.
• Strong knowledge in products across FixedIncome, FX, Rates, Bonds, Money Markets, or related derivatives
• Familiarity with trade booking controls, lifecycle event management, trade validation, booking amendments, reconciliations, and issue management within a FIC Middle Office environment.
