Job summary

Colt Technology Services in Singapore seeks a skilled Network Construction Specialist to manage fibre installation and in-building cabling on customer sites. You will lead construction activities, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with Colt standards and local regulations.

The role requires GIS experience, splicing knowledge, and strong communication abilities, with hybrid work options and global project exposure.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Construction/Supervision Management.
• GIS experience.
• Construction and splicing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate construction, fibre installation, and splicing within the local network.
• Manage in-building fibre cabling projects at customer sites and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the local fibre network infrastructure.
• Conduct quality inspections of subcontractor work and ensure Colt standards.
• Prepare site survey reports, as-built drawings, photographs, and project records.
• Review subcontractor BOQ, work completion reports, and related project documentation.
