About the Role

As a Fiat Blocktrade Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of bridging traditional finance with crypto by expanding our fiat OTC trading business. You’ll play a vital role in acquiring high-value clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth within the fiat-to-crypto landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard institutional clients, HNWIs, payment processors, PSPs, and fintech firms.
  • Develop and manage a structured sales funnel to drive conversions and client activation.
  • Leverage data to optimize acquisition strategies and improve onboarding efficiency.
  • Build new business pipelines through outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities in fiat-crypto trading.
Relationship Management & Retention
  • Deliver tailored services, liquidity solutions, and market insights to clients.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs and exclusive benefits to increase client retention.
Partnerships & Market Expansion
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify new markets and entry strategies.
  • Represent Binance at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand.
Trading & Liquidity Management
  • Partner with the OTC trading desk to execute large fiat transactions with competitive pricing.
  • Monitor trading activity and client feedback to refine pricing and liquidity offerings.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with global AML/KYC regulations and Binance's internal standards.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory environments across jurisdictions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in fiat-related operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in crypto, FX, fintech, or traditional finance.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Familiarity with fiat payment networks, cross-border transactions, and banking systems in crypto.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relationship-building and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with global partners.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and basic data analysis tools is a plus.
