Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for an immediate start. You will perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, processing and inspection according to work instructions, and operate production equipment safely to meet daily targets.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and a Diploma in Engineering. The role offers basic salary, allowances, AWS and a bonus, with a good working environment and TPM-related opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, processing and inspection activities per work instructions and SOPs.
• Operate production equipment, machinery and tooling safely and effectively.
• Achieve daily production output, quality and delivery targets.
• Follow production schedules and prioritise assigned work orders.
• Ensure products meet engineering specs, customer requirements and quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks before and during operation.
• Ensure tooling, fixtures and equipment are in serviceable condition.
• Report equipment malfunctions, breakdowns or tooling issues to supervisors.
• Maintain proper care of company assets and production equipment.
• Support production startup, turnaround, rake refurbish and TPM activities as required.
