Job Scope:

1. Logistics Assistant

Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments.

Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory records.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods.

Track shipments and update delivery status to relevant parties.

Support warehouse activities such as stock checking, labeling, and organizing materials.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Report any delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office software

Candidate with relevant working experience is welcome to apply

Perform day-to-day physical warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.

Assist in warehouse planning and layout optimization to ensure efficient space utilization.

Manage and maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.

Operate and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.

Analyze warehouse processes from receiving and handling to distribution and storage — to identify areas for improvement.

Update and maintain data accurately in Microsoft Excel.

Report any maintenance, improvement, or repair requirements to the superior promptly.

Notify the superior of any warehouse incidents or irregularities.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and ISO standards at all times.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum O level qualification and above

Minimum 2 years of related working experience
