Job summary

PEDRO in Singapore seeks a Creative Intern to support the creative team in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital campaigns. You will gain hands-on exposure to art direction, visual storytelling and content production.

You will work with art directors, photographers, stylists, designers and producers, assisting with mood boards, on-set coordination and production tasks to ensure visual consistency across ecommerce, campaigns and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a creative field.
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Strong interest in fashion imagery, visual storytelling, art direction and brand aesthetics.
• Creative, curious, highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Good eye for composition, colour, lighting and contemporary visual trends.
• Strong research skills and ability to source visual references and talent.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to creative projects; interest in AI/ CGI/ 3D tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in art direction of campaigns, editorials, still-life, events and digital content.
• Support the development of visual concepts, mood boards and creative references.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, set designers, videographers, producers and designers to create assets.
• Provide on-set assistance during photo and video shoots; support composition, styling and lighting.
• Assist with image selection and post-production feedback to maintain visual consistency.
• Conduct creative research for mood references, locations and talents.
• Assist in researching and shortlisting models, talents and KOLs.
• Prepare mood boards, shot lists and visual guidelines for upcoming shoots.
• Support pre-production coordination and organize creative materials for shoots.
• Assist in organizing photo and video assets during post-production.
• Adapt and prepare visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and website.
• Collaborate across Creative, E-commerce, Product and Marketing teams.
