As part of our sustainability approach, we strive to design wearables that one could reach for over and over again, appreciating each pieces and creating memories with it.

We are looking for a Fashion Retail Brand Ambassador to join us on a 2~3 day part-time basis for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing a thoughtful customer experience by engaging conversations with customers, offering personalised shopping and styling advice to best suit their needs
  • Conduct store opening and closing duties, as well as upkeep a clean shopping environment
  • Handling customers queries and requests
  • Using POS system to process payments
  • Inspect returned items
  • Manage stock supplies and inventories, as well as support stock take exercise
  • Be involved in other ad-hoc duties and assignments
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing role recommended but not required
  • Dependable team player who can take initiative and work independently and proactively
  • Have a passion in customer service
  • Approachable, possess a good communication skills and being able to communicate well with people of different ages
  • Positive energy, approachable and willing to learn
  • Ability to be adapt and multi-task
  • Understanding of the brand aesthetics and values is a bonus!
  • At least 2~3 days a week, including Saturday and/or Sunday
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months
  • Starts in January 2025
