Overview

Join our dynamic team at NHGP as a Family Physician, where you will play a vital role in our Teamlet care model, which focuses on relationship-based care to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous support for patients with chronic diseases.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical management of patients, conducting thorough assessments and investigations to ensure accurate diagnoses, prescribing medications, and developing tailored management plans while upholding patient confidentiality.
  • Train and supervise junior doctors, lead CME talks and tutorials, and facilitate induction lectures for new team members.
  • Engage in quality improvement and research projects, serve as a Specialty Advisor for common disease management in Primary Care, oversee clinic training materials, and contribute to the clinic’s clinical audit programme.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore, and have a miinimum of 3 years of post-housemanship experience, preferably in Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
  • Strong clinical and management skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
  • Candidates must hold full or conditional medical registration with the Singapore Medical Council and be accredited with the Family Physicians Register by the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB).
