Job summary

Kampong Kapor Community Services in Singapore seeks a Counsellor to provide counselling to individuals and families dealing with relationship, marital and divorce issues, offer information and referral services, and develop intervention programs for adults and children affected by divorce, with reporting and evaluation requirements.

You will manage caseloads, undertake casework tasks, support I&R processes, and collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery in line with MSF

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in Counselling or related graduate diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with families/couples/children.
• Registration with SAC preferred; group work experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reasonable caseload and provide counselling to individuals and families.
• Identify client needs and plan appropriate intervention strategies.
• Support administration, intake, referral, evaluation and case closure.
• Ensure MSF KPIs are met and participate in mandated programmes.
• Assist in outreach and collaboration with partners; perform other duties as assigned.
