Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals according to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Discuss menu plans with the family, incorporating their feedback and preferences.
• Purchase ingredients and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Develop new recipes or dishes as appropriate.
• Maintain proper portion control, quality, and presentation of dishes.
• Communicate effectively with the family and household staff regarding meals and schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in private households or high‑standard kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of Western cuisine; willingness to learn Russian cuisine a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparation.
• Fluent in English; good communication skills required.
• Professional, reliable, and discreet.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as agreed)
