A food production company located in Singapore is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations in meat processing. Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily factory operations including meat processing, cutting, marination, packing and storage.
  • Assign tasks to production workers and ensure production targets are met.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, SFA requirements).
  • Ensure proper handling, processing, and storage of meat products according to hygiene standards.
  • Conduct quality checks at various stages of production and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Train new workers on standard operating procedures (SOP), hygiene practices and machine operation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for raw materials and inventory planning.
  • Maintain production records, daily output reports, and staff attendance.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and report breakdowns or faults.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with MOM and food industry regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or meat processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, SFA regulations and production SOPs.
  • Experience in supervising production teams in a factory environment.
  • Ability to manage manpower, delegate tasks and maintain production standards.
  • Knowledge of basic machine operation (cutting machines, mixers, slicers, vacuum packers etc.) is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to work in chilled environments.
  • Able to work shifts or weekends when required.
