Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards
    • Implement and maintain a robust food safety management system
  • Factory Management:
    • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
    • Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics
    • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations
  • Food Costing and Budgeting:
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
    • Optimize production processes to minimize waste and reduce costs
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing training and development opportunities
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in RTE food manufacturing, preferably in a managerial role
