Job summary

Lacto Asia Pte Ltd in Senoko, Singapore, is hiring a Factory Cleaner to perform daily cleaning duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is five days a week, onsite, with shift from 7:30am to 5pm and opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

You will sweep, mop, wash, and maintain cleanliness; manage waste bins; assist with ad-hoc setup for events or maintenance; and report issues to the supervisor. Prior cleaning experience helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual cleaning duties.
• Able to push, pull large waste bins and cleaning equipment safely.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.
• Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
• Candidates who do not require visa/work pass sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move large waste bins between operational areas and the designated waste collection point.
• Clean loading bays, ramps, driveways, cargo lift areas, and staircases.
• Support general housekeeping and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with ad-hoc setup, shifting, or cleaning tasks during company events, emergencies, or peak operational periods.

Key Responsibilities
