Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee routine inspections, vendor liaisons, and budget management. Candidates must have a diploma in Facilities Management, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid Class 3 driving license. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and a solid understanding of building systems is essential.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Monitor performance of cleaning, security and other outsourced services.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health and building regulations.
  • Support fire drills, annual shutdown and emergency response readiness.
  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with queries, meeting rooms reservation etc.
  • Coordinate event setup, teardown and liaise with internal teams.
  • Administration and maintenance of fixed assets.
  • Liaison with vendors on office related matters.
  • Prepare and manage the facilities budget.
  • Administration and maintenance of warehouse storage records, internal circulars.
  • Support control, maintenance and administration of office security etc.
  • Other general administrative matters.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline from a recognised tertiary institute.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management/ building services/ estate operations/ general admin related field.

• Understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols and safety standards (eg Fire Safety Act).

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
