A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee routine inspections, vendor liaisons, and budget management. Candidates must have a diploma in Facilities Management, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid Class 3 driving license. • Minimum diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline from a recognised tertiary institute.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management/ building services/ estate operations/ general admin related field.
• Understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols and safety standards (eg Fire Safety Act).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
