Job summary

A leading healthcare company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced facility manager to oversee building services including ACMV and security systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of facility management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years facility management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of GMP standards is preferred, particularly in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Logistics industry.
• Familiarity with WSH Regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, and security systems.
• Conduct site inspections and technical audits.
• Supervise contractors and maintenance work.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets.
• Develop security policies and manage incident investigations.
• Implement workplace safety programs and conduct risk assessments.
• Support internal and external audits.
