A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the effective management of daily operations within a corporate banking environment. Responsibilities include overseeing facilities operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing vendor relationships. Job description

The facility manager will support the effective management of the daily facilities operations within the banking and corporate office environment. This role ensures a safe, secure and well‑maintained workplace that meets operational, regulatory and service excellence standards. This role will work closely with the internal stakeholders, service providers and vendors to deliver seamless facility support in a highly regulated and business critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day‑to‑day facilities operations across office premises and critical support areas.
  • Monitor and ensure service delivery by vendors for cleaning, etc.
  • Conduct regular facility operation inspections and follow‑up on rectification works.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and improvement work with minimal disruption to operations.
Regulatory & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with bank security protocols, workplace safety standards and building regulations.
  • Maintain documents, permits and facilities records in accordance with audit requirements.
  • Assist in managing vendor compliance and service level agreement.
Budget & Procurement support
  • Tracking facilities expenditures and budget utilization
  • Support procurement activities including quotation, evaluation and vendor selection as required.
  • Coordinate with building management, contractors and service providers
  • Support stakeholders and user communication on facilities‑related matters.
  • Handle internal requests and follow up to closure in a timely manner.
Business continuity and Safety
  • Implement workplace safety programs and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
