A leading facility management company in Singapore seeks a Facility Engineer responsible for planning and coordinating building services. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage client interactions, and ensure projects meet standards. A degree in Facility Management or Engineering, along with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in Singapore, is required. The role emphasizes project independence and effective communication.
Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, rectifying works.
To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.
Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
Monitor, track and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email.
Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Facility Management or any Engineering fields
Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.
At least 5 year of working experience in the related field inclusive of 2 years Singapore experience
Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity is an added advantage
