  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Rotational Shift (2 days, 2 nights, 2 off day, 8am-8pm/8pm-8am)
  • Salary Package: Basic $3,200 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems.
  • Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on M&E works, air conditioning, or building systems.
  • Maintain facilities or buildings by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Address defects and customer complaints promptly, responding quickly to fault reports, client requests, or breakdowns.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation; report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Conduct preventive checks and troubleshoot M&E systems.
  • Record or inform the supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a facilities maintenance or engineering company.
  • Minimum NTC, ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, Building, Facility Management, or maintenance.
