• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities, including ASRS (basic troubleshooting), fire protection system, plumbing, electrical, ACMV, carpentry and painting tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as they arise
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all work areas and equipment
• Monitor building systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations
• Assist with setting up or moving furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
• Report major repair needs or safety issues to management

Job Requirements

• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
