AIR TECH ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY PTE LTD is hiring a Full-time Facilities Technician role in Geylang, Singapore. Apply now to be part of our team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in daily operation of M&E services, including planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and upkeep of the estate's common area.
• Perform weekly checks on the estate's M&E system, including minor troubleshooting of failures.
• Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials purchase.
• Respond to ad-hoc complaints and emergency calls, reinforcing manpower during major breakdowns of M&E equipment within the estate's common area.
• Ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with the service contract.
• Follow external contractors at site to carry out routine servicing.
• Attend to any other M&E related job functions as assigned.
• Carry out minor repair and handyman tasks, such as fixture/fitting repairs and touch-up painting.

Requirements

• Only Singaporean applicants.
• Physical work required.
• GCE O Level / ITE NTC 2/3 or Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities.
• Able to travel within Islandwide.
• Able to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts and night shifts.
