Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building operations. Strong troubleshooting skills and interpersonal qualities are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial/factory building operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and resolve issues related to building operations and M&E systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies.
