Facilities Supervisor - Bus Interchange
6 days (Mon-Sat)
Location: Ubi
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500 + Allowance

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily facilities operations in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Oversee facilities team and contractors to ensure efficient and safe site activities.

Plan maintenance schedules and support hands-on work when required.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.

Participate in workflow reviews and suggest improvements.

Monitor job progress, verify completed works, and update reports for billing accuracy.

Ensure all work permits, safety, and compliance documents are properly prepared and maintained.

Conduct site inspections and report job status and performance updates to management.

Requirements:
