The role requires at least three years of experience in a manufacturing setting, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts. Job description

Salary:

Basic $1800-$2600 + 13 Months Bonus + Performance + Medical Benefit

Working Hours & Day:

12 Hours Shift (Monthly Rotating Shift)

Working Location:

Ayer Rajah, Queentown

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities hook up, equipment installation and general building repair works.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance for all related Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), fire protection system, plumbing system, etc.
• Perform routine checks as per checklists and procedures given for equipment including troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment.
• Required to liaises and co-ordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment and also man fire pumps or diesel generator during an emergency or when assigned.
• Required to render support to the Company Emergency Response Team and ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
• Required to undertake in any other special projects as and when specified.
• Shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of duty.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Building Services or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in a fast pace and highly automated manufacturing setting environment.
• Must have relevant skills and experience in facilities maintenance, including AHU chillers, DO water systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing & sanitary systems.
• Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, electrical wiring, and the ability to interpret electrical diagrams is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts is required.
• Seeking a team player who is a fast learner and hardworking.
