Job summary

A healthcare facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Manager to assist in daily operations and manage service contracts across clinics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering, with 2-5 years' experience in multi-site facilities management preferred. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. Compliance with health and safety standards is also key to this role.

Job description
What you'll be doing
  • Assist in managing daily facilities operations across all clinics, ensuring smooth and functional workflows
  • Support planning, monitoring, and management of budgets, contracts, outsourcing, and tenders in line with operational standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities strategies and improvement plans to optimise maintenance and service delivery
  • Assist in managing medical and non-medical service contracts, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and emergency responses to uphold clinic functionality and safety
  • Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and standards, including ESS, JCI, and OHSAS
  • Support and coordinate a team of officers and contractors to maintain operational excellence
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management/ Engineering or related studies
  • 2 - 5 years of working experience in healthcare or multi-site facilities management preferred
  • Basic project management, budgeting, and contract coordination skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and safety certifications is advantageous
