Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations across clinics and headquarters, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

  • Plan and manage budgets, oversee outsourcing, tendering, and vendor contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead all repair works, preventive maintenance, and facilities improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards.

  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and ensure readiness for required certifications and audits.

  • Supervise facility teams and contractors, drive process improvements, and enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement
  • Bachelor Degree level in Facilities Management/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management role, ideally in the healthcare or institutional sector

  • Candidate with solid experience in vendor management, tender and project coordination, and strong knowledge of building systems maintenance and regulatory compliance will be advantageous.

  • A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
