  • Handle proper handover and takeover of facilities and equipment before and after use.
  • Inspect facilities for cleanliness, readiness, and any damages.
  • Maintain booking records, deposits, and payments according to procedures.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to prepare facilities.
  • Report faults or damages and ensure compliance with House Rules and SOPs.
