Job description

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare facilities development projects, from initial proposal through to completion
• Translate service and operational requirements into viable master plans, project scopes, and cost frameworks
• Undertake feasibility assessments and support strategic planning initiatives for new and redevelopment projects
• Coordinate design development with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure functional, compliant outcomes
• Manage tendering activities, including documentation preparation, evaluation, and recommendation of awards
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, timelines, and budget controls are met
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, environmental health and safety, and workplace safety and health standards

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or Estate Management
• 3 - 6 years of working experience in healthcare infrastructure planning and development, preferably with hospitality or healthcare environments with complex workflows and stringent environmental controls will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of statutory requirements, building regulations, and safety standards relevant to facilities development
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, supervise teams, and communicate effectively at all levels
• Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced project environment
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
