Job summary

A Singapore-based property management firm is seeking an Operations Manager to assist the Senior Manager in maintaining facilities and equipment. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing relationships with tenants, and coordinating maintenance and engagement activities. Candidates must have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and experience in managing tenants in commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in tenant management in retail malls/commercial buildings.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Manager to maintain facilities and equipment.
• Oversee daily building operations focusing on hard FM services.
• Manage relationships with occupants and coordinate tenant engagement activities.
