The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors, performing inspections, and resolving facilities-related issues. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in facility management or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with basic handyman work.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Landlord on work permit applications.
• Support vendor and service delivery.
• Attend to complaints or anomalies and resolve them timely.
• Manage all fire safety matters of the premises.
• Carry out routine inspections for defects and faults.
• Maintain administration and documentation for maintenance activities.
• Attend to facilities maintenance within Singapore office.
