Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facilities management or engineering services.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities for assigned facilities.
• Manage service partners to ensure performance meets contractual deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team to achieve operational goals.
• Manage operational budgets and track financial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
